Staying healthy during your pregnancy is of the utmost
importance to you and to your family.
The Childbirth Classes are designed to help reduce the fear, tension and pain associated with the birth process. Learn about the care of your newborn, work through both physical and phychological preparedness techniques, talk about breast feeding, infant nutrition and safety in a small group setting with trusted friends.
For this most important step in life, being as prepared as possible is the right way to begin.
JCHC is here to help you with that preparation.
In a comfortable and informal setting, you will meet other people like
yourself who want to be the best parents that they can be.
You will learn about topics that relate to you, and feel more
prepared for the new addition in your home.
