Cardiac
Rehabilitation:
The cardiac rehabilitation program at JCHC has been
formed to meet patient needs following a cardiac event or heart surgery.
Its goal is to help patients build up cardiopulmonary strength to
prevent further cardiac problems and complications.

Pregnancy and Childbirth Classes
We offer a serires of six classes designed to prepare
you for pregnancy, childbirth and the early weeks with a newborn.
The
classes are open to everyone and are free to JCHC patients.

Celiac Support Group
The Celiac Support Group provides an opportunity for
the fellowship and support in managing the lifestyle changes that accompany
dietary illnesses.
This group provides education for those newly diagnosed
with dietary disorders, and updates for everyone on current information
regarding the gluten-free-diet. Ideas are shared on food preparation,
where to shop for special foods needed for this diet, and dining out.
All individuals with any type of dietary illness are invited. Family
members are encouraged to attend the meetings.
